US Coast Guard Yellow Ribbon Program Seeks Hotel Accommodations in Anaheim

Government Contract Opportunity

Anaheim, California, Jan. 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The US Coast Guard’s Yellow Ribbon Program will be holding an event in late February and the Coast Guard is in need of hotel and conference room accommodations for the weekend of the event. The Yellow Ribbon program’s goal is to prepare soldiers and families for the different phases of Coast Guard deployment. Hotels within the Orange County City limits that have conference rooms and can accommodate up to 320 people as well as provide meals, should consider submitting a proposal to the contracting officer in charge of the solicitation by January 17, 2018.

For the most complete details on the solicitation, eligible contractors should visit the website where federal business opportunities are posted, FBO.gov. There they will learn about the specific times and meal requirements for the weekend. In general, the contractor will be required to provide an event manager, employ adequate staffing to accommodate the guests and furnish lodging for the event. The Coast Guard is asking that potential contractors submit a three-part proposal which includes their technical capabilities in comparison to the scope of work, their price, and their contractor registration information.

The contracting officers in charge of the procurement can be reached Christopher.A.Wellons@uscg.mil or Wendy.Stevenson@uscg.mil

US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR), the world’s largest third-party government registration firm, assists companies who would like to submit offers to the government.
