1. Introduction
Mitigating Water Scarcity in Sierra Leone (MWS-SL) invites qualified contractors, suppliers, and service providers to submit bids for the Sierra Leone Water Supply & Accessibility Project. This initiative aims to improve access to clean water in Freetown, Western Area, through sustainable water infrastructure.
2. Scope of Work
